Please read these terms carefully before registering or placing any bets on the 77rd platform. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.
1Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 77rd online gaming platform ("Platform"), accessible at 77rd.app. By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any wager, you ("Player" or "User") confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
77rd reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Players are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
The 77rd Platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. By using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. 77rd reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend accounts where age eligibility cannot be confirmed.
2Key Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document and should be understood as defined below.
Any individual who has registered a 77rd account or accesses the Platform in any capacity.
The 77rd website, mobile browser interface and all associated gaming services accessible at 77rd.app.
The in-platform account balance denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) used to place wagers and receive winnings.
Any free credit, match bonus, free spin or other promotional value credited to a Player account subject to applicable wagering requirements.
The total amount a Player must wager on eligible games before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
A temporary or permanent restriction on a Player's ability to access or use their 77rd account, applied at 77rd's sole discretion for breach of these Terms.
3Player Eligibility
To be eligible to register and use the 77rd Platform, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times. Failure to meet any single condition may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
- You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
- You must be a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
- You must register using accurate, current and complete personal information, including your real name and a Bangladesh mobile number you own and control.
- You may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended, with associated balances forfeited.
- You must not be acting on behalf of a third party or using funds belonging to another person without their express written consent.
4Account Registration and Security
To use the Platform, a Player must complete the registration process by providing a valid Bangladesh mobile number and creating a secure password. 77rd will use this mobile number as the primary account identifier and for any account recovery or verification communications.
Each Player is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity that occurs under a Player's account credentials is the sole responsibility of that Player, regardless of whether the Player authorised the activity.
- Players must notify 77rd immediately at [email protected] if they become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account.
- 77rd reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an existing account without prior notice where the Platform reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
- Players must not share their account password with any third party, including individuals claiming to represent 77rd customer support.
- Account information may only be used by the registered account holder. Transferring, selling or assigning a 77rd account to another person is strictly prohibited.
5Deposits and Withdrawals
All deposits and withdrawals on the 77rd Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) exclusively through the supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa and Mastercard. 77rd does not accept cash deposits, bank wire transfers or cryptocurrency payments.
The minimum single deposit is ৳200. 77rd does not charge any deposit processing fee. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. The minimum withdrawal amount may vary by payment method and will be displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.
- All deposits are credited to the Player's wallet in real time. 77rd is not liable for delays caused by the Player's mobile banking provider or network operator.
- Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes of submission during normal operating hours. 77rd reserves the right to conduct additional verification before approving withdrawals of any amount.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet number used to fund the account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
- Dormant accounts (no login or transaction for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee. Players will be notified by SMS before any fee is applied.
6Bonuses and Promotions
77rd offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
- Bonuses are credited in the form of bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
- Bonuses may only be used on games designated as eligible for that particular promotion. Games that contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements will be indicated on the promotion page.
- 77rd reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or modify any bonus or promotion at any time. If a Player is found to have abused any promotion — including via multiple accounts, collusion or exploitation of a system error — the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
- Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only, on their first qualifying deposit. A Player is considered new if they have not previously held a 77rd account under any mobile number or identity.
Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Any unused bonus balance and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period. Validity periods are displayed in the Player's bonus wallet section.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77rd Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform, place bets or gain any advantage not available to standard Players.
- Registering more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity, mobile number or device.
- Colluding with other Players, engaging in match-fixing or any form of coordinated play designed to circumvent the fairness of any game or betting market.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions or software vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
- Using the Platform for any purpose associated with money laundering, fraud, financial crime or any activity that violates applicable laws in Bangladesh.
8Responsible Gaming
77rd is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options, accessible from the account settings section. 77rd enforces a minimum age of 21 years without exception. Players who believe their gaming is causing personal or financial harm are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool or contact support at [email protected].

9Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77rd's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- 77rd is not liable for any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of opportunity or any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from a Player's use of the Platform, even if 77rd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- 77rd is not responsible for any interruption to the Platform caused by third-party network or payment service failures, force majeure events, or scheduled and emergency maintenance windows.
- Nothing in these Terms limits 77rd's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10Amendments to These Terms
77rd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where the amendment is material — for example, a change to withdrawal processing times, fee structures, or eligibility criteria — 77rd will provide reasonable advance notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of any eligible balance by contacting [email protected].
11Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between a Player and 77rd, the Player agrees to contact 77rd support at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution before pursuing any formal legal proceeding. 77rd will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a written complaint.
